Storage of Data on Mobile Devices	This chapter was refreshed in June 2025.
Leaving Care and Transition	With effect from 1st April the Leaving Care Service will now be provided by Lincolnshire County Council, Children’s Services from the Barnardo’s Leaving Care Service. This chapter has been updated in June 2025 to reflect the revised Leaving Care Service and processes. This chapter should be read in its entirety. All related Leaving Care forms and processes will be updated to reflect the insourcing of the Service and will be available on the dedicated Leaving Care SharePoint page.
Health and Safety	In June 2025 information was added into Section 9, Accommodation, Bedroom Space and Sharing in relation to bunk beds.

Supervision Policy and Procedure	This chapter was updated in June 2025 to clarify the supervision timescales for Leaving Care cases, Please refer to section 5.1.6, In addition, good practice guidance on the 10 day discussion has been added to Section 5.1.
Family Group Conferences - Service Specification	This chapter was updated in June 2025 to reflect updated practice and terminology.
Placements with Parents	This chapter was updated in June 2025 to include a link to new Guidance on Directions Made Under Section 38(6).
